TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Ages 13-18 allowed to attend if accompanied by an adult. If the event is advertised as All Ages, all ticket holders under the age of 8 have to be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.
The best way to describe our events is that they are all unique events such as concerts. Unfortunately we cannot transfer tickets from one event to another.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
Tickets are non-refundable after the day of purchase (at midnight). Credit will be given for the full amount of the tickets for use for future events if given at least 2 hours notice before the start of the event (to allow time to re-sell to other patrons). Once within 2 hours of the event scheduled start time, credit will not be given to unused tickets. Customers whom are late are not guaranteed admittance. To contact us about a refund/credit – please email support@eastcoastartparty.com or use our contact page (do not contact the venues as they do not handle any ticket sales).
Event Cancellation Policy (including Weather)
If the entire event is cancelled for whatever reason (venue closed, weather, etc), all customers will be credited the full amount of their original purchase for use at either the rescheduled event or another event of their choosing. No refunds will be given.
Reserved Seating – Check In Policy
Customers who dine (food) at the venue prior to the event will be able to reserve their seats prior to the event (simply speak to the host or artist setting up). No other seats will be reserved or guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate however it is advised to get to the event early if you want to have seats together. Check in begins 15 minutes before the event start, not before. This is to allow our artist/hosts time to setup and move around as efficiently as possible.
Photography/Videography
Please be aware that by purchasing this ticket and entering the venue, you consent to your voice, name, and/or likeness being used, without compensation, in video and photography in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter devised, for eternity, and you release East Coast Art Party Inc., it’s successors, assigns and licensees from any liability whatsoever of any nature.
