We love helping charities, teams, causes – anyone really who needs to raise money and awareness. We think it’s the perfect match – a really fun time learning something new, AND raising money for a great cause.
You can get your fundraising efforts started by simply filling in the following form with all your information and we will get back to you within 24 hours (generally quicker) of your submission. This is not a contract of any sort, this is simply a form to gather the relevant information and start the collaboration process.
We offer 3 different types of fundraisers, due to the cost and prep time of each event the prices do vary:
Paint Night Fundraiser
Our original Art Party! You can choose from either one of our over 400+ pieces of artwork to learn as a group, or you can try our new Pick Your Painting events where you can have up to 10 different choices for the event!
Cost: $400+HST (includes 10 tickets to the event)
Donation: $15 from every ticket sold, including $150 of the $400 above.
Maximum: No maximum, depends on venue (our studio maximum is 50)
Paint Your Own Pet Fundraiser
Who wouldn’t want a piece of Art with their own pet? These “pup”-ular events not only have your guests going home with an original piece of art of their pet, but also raise money for your team or cause!
Cost: $500+HST (includes 10 tickets to the event)
Donation: $15 from every ticket sold, including $150 of the $500 above.
Maximum: 40 people
Design a Sign Fundraiser (PEI Only)
Our newest style of event! Create a rustic sign with your very own special quote or choose from over 350 signs which you can customize to which ever color you’d like! These high quality projects are professionally stenciled making them look incredible. Amazing gift idea or decor for your own home!
Cost: $600+HST (includes 10 tickets to the event)
Donation: $10 from every ticket sold, including $100 of the $600 above.
Maximum: 20 people
Once the initial payment is created, we will then create a Facebook event (make sure you add yourself as a co-host), we’ll create a poster for you to print & share, as well as make the event live to the public ! Remember you will have 10 tickets to sell included in the price. You can sell them to friends, family, teams, etc hopefully maximizing the fundraising efforts. All our tickets are non-refundable. We do not cancel fundraisers. One tip is before paying for the fundraiser, perhaps have a list of 8-10 people you’ll know will want to sign up.
Once you fill in this form, we will get back to you confirming you date, and we’ll move on to the final steps of booking your fundraiser including picking and confirming the painting, venue, time, etc.
